Reporting-response?/create account?
Ok my question is: When I report something does anet/ncsoft always send a response? The last 3 times I reported something I got no response. Before when I used to report something I always got some type of response like "we're are looking into it" or whatever. But I havent been getting anything.
Also, when it says about creating an account I put in my email to create an account but it says that that account is already registered. ok then so I entered my email as if I have an account and then it says that that account doesnt exist. Hope I explained it right its a bit late. |

A.net will tell you what may or may not happen to the person or bug you reported. They will not email you back saying they suspended or banned that personm or fixed that bug. Simply that they are notified and checking screenshots and chat logs.

Well 2 of the ones i sent were bug reports so did I do something wrong? I should have gotten some type of response then. I dont think I'm filling anything out wrong. Unless they require you to have a NCplay account or whatever which leads to my second problem I mentioned.
